Labor Rates

Labor rates vary according to the type of equipment being worked on, where the equipment will be located during service, and the amount of time the customer is willing to wait for service.

Explanation of terms:

In-Shop - The customer brings the equipment to be worked on into "The" Computer People.

On-Site - A technician will visit the site of the equipment to be worked on.

Standard Rate - The job is put into line behind the "Expedited Rate" and "Now" jobs. They are worked on according to the order in which they are received. This line can be slowed by incoming "Expedited Rate" and "Now" jobs.

Expedited Rate - The job is put into line ahead of the "Standard Rate" jobs. They will be the next job addressed once a job in progress is completed. These jobs are worked on according to the order in which they are received. This line can be slowed by incoming "Now" jobs.

Now Rate - The job is addressed immediately.

- Standard Rate $60 per hour
- Expedited Rate $85 per hour

On-Site

- Standard Rate $85 per hour
- Expedited Rate $110 per hour
File Server
- Standard Rate $110 per hour
- Expedited Rate $135 per hour
After Hours ( 6pm - 8am )
- Rate $135 per hour
